For starters, the major that gave me some serious anxiety-
I would rather sit perfectly still in a chair and stare at my front door for the duration of my class rather than leave my home and go to school,I finally got around to changing it to something that makes me feel more comfortable.
Oh! And I moved in with my boyfriend, muted the loudness of my rainbow shaded hair to something similar to a subtle blonde ombre, and discovered almond butter (nom nom nom).
In retrospect maybe much hasn't changed in my life, but I feels like so much has- is this what reducing your anxiety is supposed to feel like?
