For starters, the major that gave me some serious anxiety-
I would rather sit perfectly still in a chair and stare at my front door for the duration of my class rather than leave my home and go to school,
I finally got around to changing it to something that makes me feel more comfortable.
YAY!
Oh! And I moved in with my boyfriend, muted the loudness of my rainbow shaded hair to something similar to a subtle blonde ombre, and discovered almond butter (nom nom nom).
In retrospect maybe much hasn't changed in my life, but I feels like so much has- is this what reducing your anxiety is supposed to feel like?
